i am trying to do a part on a swiss machine with a pattern of swarf cuts radially around one side.(see photo) it cuts it lovely but leaves a series of kind of fan marks(again see the photo). Is there a way to minimise this fanning and how can I use it to sort this out. I am sure there is a way but I haven't ever come across this before.

Have you tried to use the Follow Surface Laterals option?

This may require that you construct a 'clean' surface with upper and lower boundaries that the tool can use to follow along.
