Hi looking to see if any one has had a similar problem. Posted a program out for our I300 the program runs the rough turning cycle, however when it comes to the finishing cycle the machine goes though the motions rapids to position and then stop at the first feed line. The display know it has "x" amount to go and if you turn the feed down it recognizes that the feed has been turned to zero. Any thing obvious to look for?

Are you running canned cycles? I had the same thing happen on my QT450 and it was because there was not a feedrate. It had "G01 Z-1_____" (I added a "F.01" and the program ran.

Hi thanks for the suggestion but there is a feed on the initial feed line. We changed the tool numbers to ensure it wasn’t a tool data issue and had the same outcome. Its odd as we have compared the blocks of the program and the only difference is the tool numbers hence swapping them round.
