topic Layout Issues - New Tool Lbrary in Fusion Manufacture

Sometimes it makes sense to have the tool library take up only part of the screen, so that screen real estate is equally divided with manufacturer tool data in an open browser on one half the screen and the Fusion Tool Library on the other half. However, the layout when resized to a smaller window makes that almost impossible in its current state.

This is with a resolution of 2256x1504 (laptop screen) at 150% scale in Windows 10 1904.

A good solution would be to have the new Tool Library be responsive and give priority when shrinking to text boxes, labels and tab text. I understand there's probably a lot of solid work being done on polishing up the new Tool Library as it is, but I just wanted to raise this for consideration as it's a workflow pain point.

I'd like to buy a vowel with my cloud credits.
