More than likely it can be done how you wont can you post the file Go to File -> Export and save as a .F3D Archive File and attach it to your next post

To get picks of your screen hit PrtScn then open paint and select past then save that pick.

Here is the file, The toolpath is marked V Grove 1 & 2 Thank you for any help you can send my way. Also I tried to save the picture but it did something odd and only showed tool paths and not the part so rather than mess with it was quicker to take a pic with my phone.

It's because it's a 2D contour you are useing, 2D toolpaths are dumb toolpaths they are not model a wear so they do what you make them do where a 3D toolpath will know whats around it and you just point it to where it is to cut.

Using a 3D contour seems to work quite well, it's getting some crash warnings because of material still there I will see if I can clean it up a bit more then post the model back.

It is the 2D contour where the problem was useing the 3D contour seems to be good I have given you 2 different contours one that has crashies one that does not have a crash.

If you look at the settings I used you will see why it does not touch the problem area, you will need to use a different toolpath in the area.

You are correct it does not gouge the part but it also does not machine out the pocket, The blend at the top is not machined. Thank you for the effort but I will have to keep looking for a solution.

Thank you very much for the help with the toolpath, I was hoping to side mill the whole thing without kellering but looks like that may not be possible. I decided to use a small variation of the toolpath you provided to run the parts.

When flow is in fusion that should be what does what you need next month hopefully.

It is the angle of the end bit where the problem is.

Yes, last time we did this job we hand coded it and put a Z move at the end and got it close but not perfect. I knew we could Keller it but hoped I could learn how to do the Z move in fusion. Again thanks for the help
