topic Reference point and tool diameter in Fusion Manufacture

I am new to fusion 360, so this may be a stupid question. In the CAM part of Fusion 360, I set the reference point at the corner of my material. Assume that I have tool that has a diameter of 0.25 inches. Does Fusion 360 in creating the g code assume that I will set the 0,0,0 point of my CNC machine at the center of the tool?

In other words, is the g code created by Fusion 360 compensated for the diameter of my tool?

The simple answer is yes, but you can also have the control, control the diameter of the tool as well.
