Where can I download metric content v7.06 for camdauct and estmep and cadmep?

I'm not sure if it's downloadable by itself. It is part of the software install. You could download the installer from Autodesk.com and run that. The version installer shouldn't matter as long as you know how to configure your database paths.

Alternatively you can download older software installers from here:

https://ava.autodesk.com/modular/

In 2023, the sample databases are not part of the install. You can find them here: Fabrication Content

For having Fabrication metric content V7.06 in Revit 2023 you need to install CAMduct 2023 and then copy the V7.06 library in path where other library (V2.3) is in. (C:\Users\Public\Documents\Autodesk\Fabrication 2023\Revit MEP Metric Content). Open the CAMduct and Add Link/ Choos V7.06.

Now, in Revit you are able to reload the Fabrication V.06.
