how to configure round ducts

good morning how are you? I need to know how to use by default the elbows and accessories by segments for diameters less than 12", every time I make a section of round duct with a diameter less than 12" a pressed bend is drawn, we do not handle that model of elbows I need that an elbow is drawn by segments Thank you very much for your reply

Hi there

i assume you are using the standard databse which is set to do exactly that as it does not have smaller diameters as default

you will need to alter the existing segment bends in the product list to include sizes under 250dia or imperial equilvelant

you will also have to remove the smaller diameter pressed bends from your service tab bend properties

you may want to read up on how to setup a product list etc first as this is not a simple step and instructions can be found in the help file

hope that gives you some insight as to why that is happening

Thank you very much, I already put it in properties, I get the two types of elbows, I changed the pressed elbow to 0" and the segmented elbow from 4" to 48", then in edit bend I added the other dimensions less than 12"
