Wall Penetration item not reporting levels correctly in 2021 new install

I have recently upgraded to 2021 suite.

my fabrication cadmep is now reporting levels incorrectly on "wall penetrations" - we use these for buildersworks drawings.

it seems to now report the level from the centre node rather than BOD/TOD as it used to. the tooltip shows BOD/TOD as same value.

i have tried using the block definition to force bottom, doesn't work.

tried changing service type of the holes to "rectangular duct", and adding that to service setup, this also doesn't work.

even tried copying the itm file back over from old database folders, no luck.

the "adjust" option seems to modify the values, but still makes the hole incorrect size and still shows wrong level

bit stuck here as it's making my life very difficult! any help appreciated, all of my builderswork drawings now show the wrong levels and i need a fix asap

perhaps a new option somewhere?
