Estmep/Straight duct normalised costs not calculating correctly for Ductboard

I am using Estmep 2015 with SP7 upgrade. I have set up sheet metal duct for normalised costing and that works & calculates perfectly but when trying to setup normalised costing using ductboard there is a problem with the calculation of the number of connectors. The calculation is ignoring the number of standard lengths involved and is calculating as a single duct length allowing 2 connectors. I have set standard lengths in the specification table and the length set for normalisation is based on 5 standard lengths. In Quick entry and Job contents view lengths have been set to Auto. All components of the connector, 4 bolt flange, corners, gasket etc are being allowed (but only for a single duct length), supports are being calculated at the correct spacing as set in the specification.
