Cutting dualwall duct insulation on the burn table

Good morning,

We are having a problem with duallwall duct and our insulation burn table.
I can't get the liner on the outer skin. It only shows up on the inner skin.
Can someone help me with what I am doing wrong?

So the liner is sized on the "inside" of the inner wall?

Correct. If I have a 12x12 OD with 10x10 ID, the table will cut insulation for the 10x10 instead of the 12x12.
