issues with CADmep and AutoCAD since change to 2018

Hi,

since we changed to the new 2018 versions of CADmep and AutoCAD we run in more and more issues.

- can't copy a layout (only available when CADmep is started freshly)

- my spools don't save automatically anymore to path I write down when I start a new spool

- spool names aren't anymore in the top of the tab (model or layout)

- item numbers are appear, even if numbers are toggled off

- AutoCAD / CADmep freezes sometimes when changing from layout to model

It's might be our set up what causes trouble. I've installed all updates.
