Cadmep Fabrication Login window missing?

Morning all

first post here so please be gentle!

I am experiencing an issue where the cadmep login box that used to pop up, once the database had been selected is no longer appearing? (this is stopping half my team from cracking on)

No settings or files have been moved, modified or renamed. The user profiles also haven't been modified / changed?

Ive tested 2 diffenrent databases, one local and one network to make sure I wasnt just going crazy. The local worked as expected but no luck with the network one?

Anyone have any ideas?

Run the MAPLOGOUT command. Does that make the login box appear?

If it made it appear make sure you don't check the "Log in this user next time without prompting" box.

If that doesn't work you can check to see if the users folder in the database has been deleted.

Old folder structure is located here:

...\PM Shared\Database\USERS

New folder structure is located here:

C:\Users\Public\Documents\Autodesk\Fabrication 2017\Imperial Content\V3.04\Database\USERS

Hi moatman, firstly thanks for responding.

I am aware of the maplogout command, but the issue is when opening up the program. (thried it anayway but no window)

The users folder is still there, I even tried creating a completely new user to see if it was just a strange cad quirk but to no avail!

We have a bespoke database to suit our fabrication specification but the location of the users folder is essentially in the same location as you have shown.

All ha been working fine for months and months. It seems to have just 'happened' over night??

Typically as i am away on site

I don't suppose you have any other ideas??

You can check the edit config for your fabrication database setup. Make sure the path to your database folder is pointing to the correct location or pointing the the database folder where your USERS folder is.
