[BUG] SIZE and ELEV text move, very rarely, on their own.

I can not reproduce this. It happens about once every 8 months. It has happened on all versions/service packs of the Fabrication software that I've used. It has happened on multiple users on different machines with different hardware.

"Something" happens that causes some ELEV and SIZE text to move a seemingly random distance, a seemingly random cardinal direction, from where I placed originally it.
Many of the elements move the same distance as other elements. Some move 20', some move 12', some move 13-4-7/8", etc. So there is some sort of pattern.
I have never noticed it happen while actively working in a drawing. Nor have I noticed it happen after saving. I think it is highly unlikely that I would miss stuff moving as I'm working on it. This leads me to believe that it happens when opening the file.
It's happened on numerous projects, with numerous different specs/services, in numerous different files.
I am almost positive that it doesn't have to do with changing any settings (since I don't recall changing any settings/system variables lately).
Not caused by a weird script or LISP.
So far, it has only happened on pipe services. We haven't experienced it with duct.

I have attached three examples but it happened to about 70% of the text on that had been annotated already. It didn't do it to everything, though. Just most of it.

Any ideas on what could be causing it?
