Tracker Configuartion (Autodesk Fabrication CAMduct-2016)

We are trying to configure CAMduct Tracker suing Bar Code scanner , the tab“Utilities> Import Statuses” is not open/active. Without this tab activation we are not able to import scanned data. The tracker option needs to have active tab"Import Statuses"!

Extend your support please.

As per the help command -step by step procedure is attached with this.
