We work with 120 x 60 sheets of metal and sometimes cut full joints of duct out on our cut table. The problem is when i go to nest a 59" joint of duct(stetchout would be 60") the program wants to nest them horizontally or diagonally. Also if the joints dimensions equal more than 60" it wants to 2-piece the fittings. This waste a TON of metal. I've set my settings to edge nest and nest parts equal to sheet with. I've turn lead in options to 0.00 and when i go out to our cut table, it wont start the job and tells me the path goes out of bounds.
