Reference Post: ilogic-rule-help

Hello All,

Thank you Kevin for raising this problem and thank you Machine Man for a compelling solution. However I am on a crusade to achieve 100% automation in a similar assembly only mine is a bit more complex thus the aim of complete automation.

Now as per all the solutions suggested in this thread, my key concern is that when solving such a problem with ilogic I run into the problem that although with patterns I can add lines to the skeletal model that drives the assembly I am unable to automate anything with frame generator (lack of API level access) thus every time my template size is reduced (from maximum occurrences to required number) to fit the requirement I am left with extra frame sections that have no reference sketch.

I have been experimenting with icopy but can't find any code that helps me call that function.

Please help.

Thank you.

Forum me it is not clear what you are trying to achieve!

Is you problem related to the lack of programming experience or the limits of ilogic?

Could you please explain a little more what you are trying to do?
