    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In testing T&amp;amp;P for our use at work, I found a situation that I'm not sure how to fix. &amp;nbsp;I want to create two pipe spools from one when I insert a flanged valve.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here is my simple test spool; 8" reducing to 6" flange to flange:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG border="0" title="TEST SPOOL-01a.jpg" alt="TEST SPOOL-01a.jpg" src="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/155853iD01A93BA6397534D/image-size/original?v=mpbl-1&amp;amp;px=-1" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I drop a wafer style check valve on the 6" pipe, and it's inserted correctly:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG border="0" title="TEST SPOOL-01b.jpg" alt="TEST SPOOL-01b.jpg" src="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/155855iBEC06BF6C4EA2BA8/image-size/original?v=mpbl-1&amp;amp;px=-1" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The browser still shows it as a single pipe spool. &amp;nbsp;Demote is greyed out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We need this to be two pipe spools, with the check valve the component between the two.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Do I need to know the valve location first, and just make two spools?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Is there any way to demote this into two spools?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Does T&amp;amp;P have any way to automate this?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My boss thinks T&amp;amp;P should automatically create two spools in this situation...&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks for any help or suggestions-&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
