This modeling option is really practical when using PPE lost formwok to save concrete, save reinforcement and of course save a lot of CO². (cf Daliform products)
The slab inertia is hopefully well computed but not the real dead weight of the slab.
The algorithm computes an equivalent slab based on revised inertia.
Concequently the reinforcement computation and mapping are false as the armlength is drastically reduced compared to on site reinforcement, --> it artificially boost the reinforcement requirements which is not the proper conclusion.
could you please revise the computation for this hollow slab ?
