Subscription Offer - Upgrade Revit Arch. Suite to Building Design Suite Premium

I am trying to take advantage of the Subscribers offer to Upgrade Revit Arch. Suite to Building Design Suite Premium.

The form will not 'submit' because I have not selected the product language, but there are no choices for the language therefore none to be picked.

Select : UNITED STATES as the country.. then ENGLISH should be available, click it.

Then choose your country.. it will again go to --NONE--, but ENGLISH will now be available as a choice...

Choose the "country" under the SHIPPING ADDRESS options..

I had done that however I changed it to US and back to Canada and that seemed to work.
