Automatic Appearance Profiler before NWD Creation

I am trying to find an easy workflow to automate nwd creation and found some info on how to do that, however I need to run an appearance profiler before creating the nwd. Ideally I would like to just have the whole process run overnight and have a fresh, color coded nwd every morning. 

Does anyone know of anything existing that can do this or has successfully set something up like this through the API?

I took some coding classes in highschool and college, but am not a developer by any means so diving into the API will be new for me.

You can do with combination of command line args.Use AutoAppearanceLoader.
