question about fixed constrain with inventor 2015

Hello I am doing a project and I need to do a FEM analyse, but I have a problem with fixed force contrain in inventor 2015. Like you can see I have a cilinder object and i want to contrain it on 2 sites but the blue arrow only want to go on one site. @Mod can you move this to a english part of the forum, i can't select it in the select location
