Character Generator free Student licence - can't generate high poly resolution

Hello,

I just registred in for a free student version, i received the key licence but couldn't find where to registred it. I just loged in and created a character but i can't generate High poly resolution. But may be it's my mistake? something I dind't do or I didn't understand?

N.B. Whenever there is a change to the entitlement (ex: through a new purchase), the access to Autodesk Character Generator paid features from the time of the new purchase can/may be delayed up to four (4) hours. Thank you! It is solved now, everything works fine but when i want to import my character into Blender I can't see nothing but a rig. I can't see my character shape.

Here's what i checked in the genrate character box: 

Poly resolution: High

Textures: checked all options

Geometry: checked quads first time and triangles another time

Facial Expressions: checked all options

Generate: generic .fbx

skeleton resolution: high

character orientation: Z-up

Then I open Blender and Import .FBX and that's when I open just a jind of Rig, Just a skeleton, no Body, no face.... 😞 

Can Somebody help me?
