Can you be a little more specific about what part of this demo reel you are trying to copy?

In a nutshell, you need to build a quality 3D model, light it and texture it, animate some cameras flying around, then render it.  Bring all the passes and frames into an editing software like After Effects and cut/enhance the footage to look good.

One thing about the reel you linked... the camera motion is a bit fast, and the 'turntable' style of animation (a camera going around the perimeter while looking at a building) is overused and outdated.  Get creative with your shots, focus on areas of high detail or interest and give the viewers time to take it all in.  Or, go the opposite route and do several short cuts that just tease.  But definitely look at some of the big archviz studios for inspiration.

I have found this script to be invaluble for making nice walkthrough camera movement: http://www.scriptspot.com/bobo/mxs7/RecordNavPath/

Use it in conjunction with the Walkthrough tool (Using the Arrow Keys and mouse, much like any FPS video game):
