10/12 bit on IBM 6221.

hey,

anyway to have 10/12 material on the software with an IBM 6221. Flint SD and Smoke are limited to 8 bit and we need to do testing of the higher depth material.

Without 10/12 bit support, there's not much you can see in there. However, in your case you probably want to see the images as they would appear in IFFFS.

The easiest thing to do is to install Wiretap Web. It's got an anything-to-8bit-jpeg converter that will let you visuaize what you pushed to the Wiretap server. It uses the exact same image conversion services as IFFFS, so it's a pretty good litmus test to see if your images came out right. It's also WT-enabled, so you won't have the library locking issues inherent to IFFFS. The install is REALLY easy.
