ClipPlane

Please explain how to use the ClipPlane in Pro, in order to animate the clipped visibility of an object.  I've created a torus and a ClipPlane and tried grouping them in different configurations for an example, and I'd imagine you would animate the ClipPlane's translation, but I am not seeing any clipping happening.  Thanks.

Hi,

just create a clipPlane in the scenegraph, put the geometry you want to clip beneath it and then animate the clipplane.

Ok, I see what was happening.  I was looking at the top of my geometry, and it was being clipped from the bottom, I just didn't realize it because I wasn't underneath it. Thanks!  It should be noted to rotate the ClipPlane 90 degrees if you don't see the clipping.  Thanks!!
