Animating Incandescence

When I try to animate the incandescenceIntensity of a Truelight material it always also raises the value of the incandescenceColor.R. Is that right? I would think it is better to keep the RGB values at their respective values (of a cloured light for example).Thank you for any tip.

no that doesn´t sound right.  Which Version of VRED are you using?

it is VRED PRO 2014 SR1 SP5

Hi,

if possible please try the newest service pack or the 2015 version. I remember a bug like this but I am not sure at the moment when it was fixed.

Just verified it and in the 2014 SP6 it works fine. So please update to the newest Service Pack.
