Linetype in xref displays in model space but not in viewport?

I have a drawing with a couple of polylines with a particular linetype that's referenced into another drawing. In the model space of the drawing it's referenced into, the lines still have the same linetype as in the original drawing. However, in a viewport and when I plot the drawing, the lines don't have the linetype anymore, though they retain the same thickness.

The layer linetype settings are the same for the viewport as for model space. I'm not sure what else to try. Any ideas?

Look in Help for PSLTSCALE.

Thanks! Guess I had to switch the value of PSLTSCALE TO 1 and then regenerate the layout, and then it was displaying fine.
