Animation output resolution to widescreen?

Hey everybody,

I'm trying to create an animation at 1920x1080, or at least 16:9 (Widescreen) but the only options I see are 4:3 and only up to 1024x768.

Is there any way to increase or customize these resolutions?  They show up no matter what "format" I choose.
