weird command line window behaviuor in R2013

Hi Guys,

does anyone seen this?

a custom toolbar menu macro running a command that echo a command line options using sqaure brackets (like -layer) if it starts with double pauses? the command line window does not echo the prompt

[example]

^C^C-LAYER \\

[or]

^C^C-LINETYPE \\

from ribbon it works fine

this weird behaviour is only from R2013+

possible solution?

thanks for any help

Moshe
