Table and Fields

I created a table in Autocad, multiple columns from an Excel file. So far no worries. I then wanted to create fields in each part of my plan, referring to the table.
Everything works perfectly as my fields refer to cell digital but when a cell contains text, the field indicates "####"...
Is it therefore possible from: "field \ Formula \ Cell", to display a text value?
If not it's syntax "Fields \ Other \ Expression Diesel" who could do this?
