Shrinkwrap LISP for AutoCAD

Anyone have a LISP routine that will create a border around selected objects?

Lke shrinkwrap?

This has come up before.  Search the Discussion Group -- try both "shrinkwrap" [one word] and "shrink wrap" [two], and you'll find a number of threads.
