Sharing XTP and XPG files

So I created and maintain a standard tool palette for our company. I have my Civil3D pathing these tool palettes to the server. Here is my Dilemma. If I'm setting up a new users computer, where would I copy these exported palettes to so they auto-load instead of having to import the palettes every time the get updated?

I update them on a consistent basis and when I do this, the custom palette group loses the palettes. I've been using Lee Mac's copyfolder.lsp to move and replace a slew of standards files into their directories.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
