Setvar For Image Frames?

Is there a setvar that indicates whether the image frames are on or off?
I'm trying to make a lisp routine to toggle image frames on and off.

Thanks,
Jay

Group code 70 of the ACAD_IMAGE_VARS dictionary controls frames display:

0 = OFF
1 = ON
