Hello,
In the attachement "seperate areas" you can see 6 areas as an example.
By selecting everything all at once I want to know the square footage of each seperate area.
Autocad does not automaticly subtract the inner area to find out the real area. You have to do this by hand first.
Is there a method in f.a. lisp to get this done without the subtracting by hand first?
A possible method?...
area 1 = total area 1 - (area 1 + area 2 + area 3 + area 4 + area 5 + area 6)
area 2 = total area 2 - (area 4 + area 5 + area 6)
area 3 = total area 3
area 4 = total area 4
area 5 = total area 5 - area 6
area 6 = total area 6.
Can someone think with me?
Thank you!

Have you tried LM's AreaLabelV1-9.lsp with pick option?
Yes I tried.
It's a great tool from Lee Mac but it ignores inner areas.

As a possible method, this pbjse's demo may be helpful.

Thank you hmsilva,
Thats a good start. When this in combine with arealabel v1 it could be very strong.
