Script Error

I have a script that loads and runs a lisp which loads another lisp based on a cond that the dwg file matches the lsp file name and then executes that corresponding lisp routine.  Loading it into one of the specific drawings it runs fine and generates my pdfs as expected, however when I run it through script pro it seems to crash half way through any of the drawings.  The log file just says that it could not read the dwg log file.  In searching this issue most of what I've come across is in reference to the script pro log not the dwg file log.  I saw a mention of extending the timeout but it did create 5 out of 8 pdfs so I haven't messed with this setting yet.  If that is the cause is it just a trial and error on setting a timeout value or is it something else?
