replace the standard toolbar symbol bmp editor

Hi!

Is there a way to replace the standard toolbar symbol bmp editor?

When I click inside the cui dialog box on the button to edit the (bmp) symbol of a command then I would like for my own bmp editor to come up and not the very limited standard editor shipped with Autocad.
