Remove line from menu pulldown using VLISP

It's been a long time since I've had to post a problem here and I hope someone may have a solution.
I'm trying to use Visual LISP to remove a line from a menu pulldown and before anyone says to just edit the CUIX, there is no CUIX to edit because the pulldown is generated by a password protected DVB. The DVB file was created by another programming group in my company that can't believe that they have bugs in their code but this is a big one.  I've written a new program in Visual LISP and can add a line to their pulldown to execute the new program but I need to remove the line that calls the other program.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

TM Amick II

I don't have an example in front of me, but you should be able to walk the object model down to the desired "PopupMenuItem" and remove it.

I would try a search and or a query of the guys over at the Swamp
