Remove hidden and frozen layers while binding an Xref

Hi,

I am using a huge xref with almost 170 layers. this master is used as an xref for many other drawings. so everytime i attch this my file size get heavier and all the submitall drawings before binding is around 250 to 300 kb and after binding becomes 7 to 8 mb. actually i ll be using only 10 to 30 layers while all other are frozen. is ther any way, during the binding time to remove all the frozen layers in xref and keep only the layers that are visible so that my file size doesnt get bigger.

You can try attached EXPLODEALL.vlx which can bind xrefs, explode them, and remove objects on turned off and frozen layers if required.

Settings as shown below:
