Remove duplicate dimension entity?

Hi all,

I searched around for this answer before asking here and I'm only finding information stating that -overkill command is supposed to remove duplicate dimension entities but my tests show different. -overkill NEVER removes duplicate dimensions. the dimensions are being placed on top of each other and simply bloat the drawing file. Can anyone provide advice or do you know of a lisp that will simply remove duplicate Aligned Dimensions?

Your dimensions are most likely associative.  If you uncheck the "maintain associative objects" box, then the overkill should work correctly.

Somehow I had over 400 duplicate (associative) dimensions - at least two other users had been in my file. Tweaking courthouse designs over the course of 3-4 phases over 3-4 years.
