Regarding CAD Programme Genrator

I need to make tool which can generate automatic cad files with specific data, Which software i need to learn for making some application

Depending on what you want to do and if you want to use AutoCAD or not, you've got some options:

1. With AutoCAD: Make an ObjectARX program in C++ to make .dwgs

2. Without AutoCAD: Make a program in whatever language to make .dxfs

Just LISP or VLISP , also by a SCR file .

And by a hard way , by VBA on excell

TopoVlexC is program for building lisp from library zip.
You can create lisp program with generator lisp and functions library
You cad write lisp program more easy ...............
