Put block elements back in original position

I have lots of the same block with attributes. Someone has moved the elements (the attributes) all around using grips and now it is a big mess. Is there any command to make the block attributes revert back to the original position? This drawing comes from a consulant so I can't get anything elce.

Try using either ATTSYNC or BATTMAN.
