i have a question about the Default props...
These are hardcoded and don't change unless edited in the CUI GUI?... In other words; when an end user chooses to SHOW the toolbar... these are the settings used for where and how they first come up... when the user moves them about, docks, or locks, etc the settings here are not used at all... is this right?
