progress report, autocad layers updated by excel changes

Im haveing trouble getting this lisp to work with my drawing and excel file. Can anyone help. Basically I would like the hatch colour of each lot to update colour as the excel file is updated. I have attached a sample of the drawing, autolisp and excel file. Please let me know
