Programmatically reading CTB files

Hello.

We have recieved some drawings which are to be used as a base for our own drawings. The recieved files are CTB dependant. We have our own CTB files for our own drawings. Needless to say, the two are incompatible.

I would like to write something that can read a CTB file, analyse the penweights within and to what colour that penweight is assigned, then use that information to convert their drawing/entity colours to that to our own standard.

I am competent with lisp, I am not asking for any help in that respect, only a method of reading/analysing a CTB file.

Is this possible?

Edit: I should point out I have tried Autodesk's "table_print_tool.exe" but that is for 2007 product. I am using vanilla 2013.

Edit2: Nevermind. I found a useful utility from Govert's Tools - http://www.noliturbare.com/
