Plot to network file name

R2005 Vlisp:
Hi,
I have written a line to plot to a file. It works fine when I give a file path and name that is our local drive eg.
"G:\\LSPTEMP\\bzndo_test".
But when I try to plot to "\\\\qas400\\forms\\bzndo_test"
AutoCAD ignores the filename and continues to prompt for a file name.
I tried some searches but couldn't find what I need.

TIA

Bill

After further testing I found I was limited to an 8 character file name on that network.

Sorry for any wasted time.

Wouldn't that just be a PLOT command function? Try this too http://www.output.tmfweb.nl/GoPlot.html -- Dean Saadallah Add-on products for LT http://www.pendean.com/lt --
