I am working on a MAC. If I want to set up my paper size to print at 30"x 42", what do I put in paper size box? In the offset Printable Area, do I select "center on page?"
One more thing, this is all to be put into a pdf to bring to a printer.
Hope these help.

Thank-you for saying that. I am just learning and in class we work on PCs. Then, I have to come home and try to figure it out on my Mac. I feel quite lame sometimes when I cannot figure it out. Now, I will go check out the new link that you sent. Thanks for the quick response.
There is also an AutoCAD for MAC forum.

I already checked this video out on my own earlier. Unfortunately, it does not show me how to set the page to 30"x40". It just shows you how to set it up for standard 8 1/2 x 11. I need to manage plot style, set up pen settings, assign line weights to color and create a pdf to bring to a printer.
