load .dll file via a macro icon

Hi Guys

i would like to create a button to load a vb.net file.(.dll)

i have created a button but im having trouble with the macro code.

the file i want to load is in the acad support folder

it is called "rQnet-ac"

the command to run it is "WB"

so far i have this

^C^C(IF (NOT rQnet-ac) (NETLOAD "rQnet-ac")) WB

any help would be appreciated.
