Lisp to Explode selected block reference then explode mtext to text

I would love a lisp to explode the block reference (text and point), then explode the  mtext to text.

Civil3d export points this way to ACAD and would love a routine that will separate it all.

The first part is easy, I just don't know what you mean by that last part..

Hi mid-awe,

This information comes via civil3d. I want to be able to tuen it from a block reference to the text state. e.g. I have to explode it twice. but i'd love to have it as a lisp so I can run it with one of my buttons in my custom tool palettes.
