So are you typing at the command prompt WPT and then it gives you WPT unknown command?

Looking at your screen capture, I don't see any file name loaded with the name WPT.lsp.

Typically the name of the command matches with the file name.

As the other poster has replied, upload the lisp files as attachments so we can check out what the problem may be.

Otherwise, there's really no way for any of us to help you.

I am loaded around 12 lisps. yesterday i got some error from autocad. so I reinstalled , & after I loaded that lisps , which i was used before re installation. then i loaded the lisp in contents... its i can use only 2 or 3 lisps, & the rests are not supporting from contents. so i want to reload always....

Do you encounter errors if you manually APPLOAD these lisp files without putting them in Startup Suite Content?

A related question:  Do the commands all work in the first drawing when you open AutoCAD, but not in other drawings that you open?  As I understand it, the Startup Suite loads when you open AutoCAD, but not with every drawing, so things like commands defined in files in the Startup Suite won't be available in drawings opened later -- for that, use acaddoc.lsp instead.

You attached only 3 files, and none of them defines a WPT command.  It may be that there's something wrong with the definition of WPT, but no one will be able to tell without seeing what's in the file that defines it.

yes I only load 3 commands for an example. normally it was working up to two days before. its I load to startup suit content. then I give the command ( for eg: ss or wpt or jj ) but its not working, if i will reload this lisp to load application... it is working. my problem is start up suit is not working...........

If you enter at the commandline:

LISPENABLED

what do you get?
