LINKED tables does not accept text style for its cell!

Hi,

I have some linked tables to excel files in my drawing.

I want to change text styles of these table but I can't! because font name becomes from excel file, it measns each cells has an MTEXT value and it contains styles that comes from excel file:

(1 . "{\\fTimes New Roman|b0|i0|c0|p18;This is a string}")

So, my question is how to change text style of cells of a linked table?

Thanks

Hi,

Have a Good Day!

changing text styles in a table with data linked can be manipulate in the table style manager.

when creating a new data link in the

Data Link Manager, after selecting the path of the excel files, expand the dialog window and uncheck the "Use Excel Formatting" Radio buttons and click OK.

This will enable to adopt the cell format of the excel files and follow the cell format styles of your table cell in the autocad.
